Year-round savings include:

Your Club Funds are active as long as your membership is active. If you cancel your membership, any unused balance expires at the end of your last billing cycle.
Your membership begins the day you sign up and your first payment is processed, so you can begin enjoying your benefits right away.
Your member discounts and benefits are just for you, but you can use any of your accrued Club Funds to treat a friend or family member to a treatment through our Share Them feature.
You can use your Club Funds to treat someone you care about—it’s simple. Just let us know in-studio or give us a call, and we’ll send you a quick permission form for you to authorize the share. Once that’s completed, our team will reach out to your guest inviting them to book their service. When your guest completes their treatment, the authorized amount will be deducted from your Club Funds balance to pay for their treatment. While your guest will enjoy the full Von & Co experience, member discounts and benefits remain exclusive to you.
Members of The Club can expect a mix of experiences throughout the year. These may include educational sessions that highlight new treatments and technologies, wellness-focused workshops hosted by our providers, and social gatherings designed simply to enjoy good company, conversation, and cocktails.
Your membership can be billed monthly ($149/month) or annually ($1,499/year) and is automatically charged to the credit card you designate when you sign up for the membership. Dues are non-refundable and cannot be paid with gift cards, referral credits, or other studio credits or coupons.
Yes. For your convenience, your membership renews automatically to ensure uninterrupted service.
Any unused funds remain available until your membership officially ends. Once your term concludes, all remaining Club Funds expire.
If you’d like to cancel, just send us a quick note by email to membership@vonandcoaesthetics.com with 30 days’ notice. Monthly memberships include a six-month minimum commitment, and your membership will simply end at the close of your billing cycle.
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you right away so you can update your payment method and keep your benefits active without interruption. You’ll have 48 hours to update your payment information before your membership is temporarily placed on hold. If payment isn’t updated within 14 days, your membership may be subject to cancellation. Rest assured—our team will reach out to ensure you’re fully informed and supported throughout the process.
